	BG825 MOTOR GRADER TRANSMISSION CONTROL VALVE
	Features:
	Intricate castings were developed successfully in record time and the assembly was tested at BEML and all characteristics were matched with that of the  imported unit. Subsequently engineered on the transmission and further the unit is working on customer machine successfully for more than 500 hours.Further indigenous units are manufactured after the successful testing at site and positive feed back.

PAYLOAD MONITORING SYSTEM FOR DUMPERS
Payload monitoring system is a micro controller based data acquisition system to measure, display and record the weight of the material being carried by truck and productivity information (Idle time, Empty travel time, Loading time, Loaded travel time, Loaded stop time, cycle distance, max. speed and average speed for haul and return cycle).
Payload Monitoring System for dump truck has been designed based on the principle of pressure developed in the hydraulics suspensions.Load is measured from each individual suspension. The load in the truck is converted digitally using Master control Unit to calculate the total payload.Each weighment details are recorded with respect to load status.

UNIFIED ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER FOR BH100 DUMP TRUCK TRANSMISSION

Unified Electronic Controller (UEC) performs multiple functions and provides single point control of a dump truck including recording of productivity data with advanced diagnostics. UEC is designed to cater to all major functions like automated gear shifting, on board weighing, hoist control and vehicle monitoring system of off highway dump truck. The Electronic module is based on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technique is jointly developed with Electronic Research & Development Center of India, to develop state-of-the-art mechatronics system with a view to enhance vehicle safety and operator's comfort and ensure optimum loading and higher productivity.

STEERING & BRAKE CONTROLLER FOR DOZERS
To meet the customer requirement, for the first time in India, BEML has Designed and& Developed "Electronically operated proportional steering and brake control system for crawler dozers".The equipment has been tested thoroughly to meet the performance requirements of different customers and at different terrain conditions for optimized performance.
The control valve assembly components are designed keeping in view ease of manufacturability and serviceability. All the components viz., joysticks, controllers, and cartridge valves are standard components and are readily available from reputed sources globally.
