• BEML is manufacturing various types of rail products catering to specific military needs of transportation and logistics. The following products are manufactured:

• MILRAIL Coach - Milrail Coaches are specifically designed to meet the requirements of Military Personals. Increased Bay Width of 1800 mm is provided to accommodate wider cushioned seats and berths. Additional features include ladies coupe, safety features like end to end audio communication in the rake, UIC Rubber Vestibule with Rolling Shutters on the end walls, Bogie mounted air brake cylinders, etc. It has seating / sleeping capacity for 72 passengers.

Ejector & Air Cleaner

• These are required for air intake system of infantry combat vehicles and are made of special aluminum alloy.
• Ejector: The ejector is intended to create a flow of cooling air through the radiators, by means of utilizing the energy of the engine exhaust gases.
• Air cleaner: The air cleaner is intended to clean the air entering the engine cylinders
  • Air cleaner efficiency: 99.8%
  • Air cleaner resistance: 1050 +/- 60 mm of water column
  • Weight: 70 +/- 1.4 kg
